What is your processing time?

Currently our processing time is 1-2 weeks before your package is shipped out. This because our items are made to order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided.

Where do you ship?

Right now, we only ship within the United States.

As we grow, we hope to expand our shipping availability to other countries.

Returns and Exchanges?

We currently do not take returns or exchanges on our products because they are made to order. However, if you placed an order and realize the wrong size/color was chosen, the incorrect address was entered or there is missing information for your order (i.e. missing apt# etc) please email us as soon as possible at citythreadsstudio@gmail.com or contact us via the contact form on our website.

Can I cancel my order once its placed?

Cancellations are acceptable within 24 hours of it being placed. Contact us via email citythreadsstudio@gmail.com or the contact form on our website.

Damaged or Defective item received.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at citythreadsstudio@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged (prior to shipping) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that are damaged due to improper care are not eligible for refunds/exchanges. Care instructions are shipped out with the items to ensure their longevity.
